Small Miracles

Born and raised in Ohio, it was bred into me to love the Ohio State Buckeyes – especially the football program. Throughout the years, Buckeye football taught me many life lessons.

Future High School Students – What to they need to know?

Blueprint Education and Hope High School Online practice the “Go Giver” philosophy (great book to read by Bob Burg and John David Mann). During the month of May, I had the pleasure of visiting several 8th grade classrooms in the Phoenix, Arizona, area in order to share with them little pieces of information that they should know before they transition to high school.

Action Plan Implemented

I have always heard that it takes 30 days to create a habit.  As I have been trying to implement my Action Plan for Life, I might argue that it takes a bit longer…I do think it is now a part of my life.  I will make this my last blog post about implementing my action plan.  I first wrote about the action plan in September and then wrote a 30 day update.  I am now 90 days in and my action plan is now a part of my life.

Blueprint Curriculum Development

Good Intentions Gone Bad...

I am not typically a person who jumps at every sales gimmick I see on tv or that gets past my SPAM filter in my email, but when I got an e-vite to a “Guest Appreciation Day” for my favorite pizza joint I could not pass it up.  (I will not disclose the name of the pizzeria until the end).  I gleefully texted my husband and told him we had dinner plans for Monday night!

30 days into my Action Plan

In September I posted a blog about a “life action plan” I was going to start to follow.  Click here for a link to that blog.

I am 30 days in and here is a recap:
